What started off as a good idea at the time & is supposed to be an enjoyable experience, can quickly turn into a logistical & organisational nightmare! Sometimes, it is helpful to delegate some, or all of the tasks to someone you can trust, who doesn't have their own agenda & will do things when they say they will. We are happy to assist with the planning of your celebration, at whatever level you wish. This might include:
Initial Planning service
This might be help with the booking of venues & suppliers, co-ordinating themes, setting up systems & timescales for budget management, payment deadlines, invitations & responses, fittings etc.
Specific aspects
It may be that there are certain aspects of your celebration that you wish to arrange & co-ordinate, but there are others that you would prefer to delegate to someone else.
Full Co-ordination
If you lead a hectic life, work, (or play!), too hard or just do not like organisational stress, this is the service for you! We can do everything from booking venues & suppliers, managing the budget & payment schedule, co-ordinating invitations, replies & seating plan, setting up gift lists, organising menus, booking honeymoons …. All arrangements will always closely follow your ideas & wishes, we will consult with you throughout & regular progress reports will be sent to you, so you are kept up to date with all arrangements.
Final stages management
The big day is looming & there are still a thousand things to do. There are payment deadlines, outfit fittings & numbers to confirm. There are speeches to write, accessories to purchase, accomodation to arrange. Suddenly the daily list of 'things to do' grows & it is difficult to keep up. We are happy, in the last few weeks, to take over such tasks as checking with suppliers, co-ordinating final payments, ensuring that everyone knows what is happening & confirming final numbers, so that you can start to get excited instead of stressed!
Overseeing on the day
No matter how organised anyone is, on their big day, they cannot be everywhere! Once everything starts, it's a bit like a roller-coaster - you can't get off ! It is not always possible to ensure that everything gets taken care of & there will always be things you haven't thought of, or anticpated. The reassurance of having someone discreetly overseeing each part of the day, ensuring that everything runs smoothly & according to your plans, is invaluable. (We really wish we’d done this!)
